Cars Running On Hydrogen

The thought of using hydrogen as a car fuel dates back to the 1970s. Gasoline is not unlimited and its ever increasing price forced the scientists and the researchers to look for another fuel option. Hydrogen is present in our environment in abundance and can prove to be a great fuel in the future. In fact, researchers believe that such HHO car which runs on hydrogen can change the world.

Hydrogen is quite popular with environmentalists, the reason being it does not lead to any greenhouse effect. However the main problem is in getting hydrogen in usable form. Also if hydrogen is not produced in the right way, it can lead to production of nitrogen oxides. Nitrogen oxide can eventually produce acid rain, thus contributing to global warming. This can be avoided if the right amount of hydrogen concentration is used during its production process. Engine timing is also important to produce the right kind of hydrogen.

HHO cars can use the hydrogen fuel in two ways. You can either make necessary changes to the engine of the car or directly use fuel cells. Such cars usually have 2 tanks so that one can switch between gasoline and hydrogen easily. Hydrogen is not easily available with only around 100 stations in US. The advantage with two tanks is that one tank can be refilled with gasoline and the car would still run. This way you cut down on the gas cost and at the same time, increase your car’s mileage.

The case is different with fuel cells, you then only need water to run your car. Hydrogen reacts with oxygen to produce water vapor which then powers the car. So if you wish to use hydrogen fuel, get your car converted today to a HHO car. It will save you money and will be good for the environment as well.
