I have looked long and hard into this subject and found that all the arguments against HHO systems are old rehashed opinions that people have picked up over the years and will probably carry on using for many more years to come.

The process of getting hydroxy gas out of water is very simple and most people would have learned about it at school, the simplicity and the fact that you can get a fuel out of water is probably why people are skeptical about HHO systems, if I was to have told you a couple of years back that it would be possible to store hundreds of hours worth of movies on a wafer thin disc no bigger than a postage stamp with no moving parts, would you have believed me? Running a car with a HHO system installed does not mean that you run it completely on hydroxy, the hydroxy is used as an additive to the vehicles own fuel, when mixed, the hydroxy helps the fuel burn a lot more efficiently, giving more power, and by burning the vehicles fuel more efficiently, this reduces some of the exhaust gases, which has got to be a good thing these days.

Now if you wanted to build one of these systems for your vehicle there are two ways in which you could go about it, you could go it alone and spend lot’s of time experimenting with different types of metals, plastics, different size gaps between electrodes etc. There are people that would rather do it this way because it is a challenge and they have some mechanical knowledge of the vehicles engine system. It can be done if you know what you are doing. The other way is to bite the bullet and buy ready made plans from people who have spent lot’s of money and time on developing these systems, this is by far the easiest approach as you get a complete step by step guide on how to build your HHO system and how to install it in your vehicle and what materials you will need. This is very important as you will have to install a little electronics gadget (EFIE) to your vehicle to tell the on board computer to reduce the fuel flow. Because of the fuel efficiency achieved, and more oxygen being detected in the exhaust, the vehicles computer thinks that it has not enough fuel in the mixture (too lean), so it incorrectly adds more fuel to the mixture. which we don’t want.

Many people as soon as they read about HHO systems think that it is a scam? This word seems to be over used these days. Take the HHO system for example? The fact is that we know we can get hydroxy out of water by electrolysis, and when hydroxy is added to a vehicles fuel it helps it burn more efficiently. The HHO system does not completely power the vehicle it is just a way of producing an additive that helps your fuel burn more efficiently, but if you don’t let your vehicles fuel monitoring system know that a HHO system is fitted, you will not benefit whatsoever.

The FS2
